HI, I'M HANNES
Therapist. Rider. Human.
A little wild, deeply grounded – with a lot of love for the ride, and what it reveals.
You might expect a coach or therapist to talk about degrees, methods and certifications.
Sure, I have those - Mental Trainer, Hypnotherapist, Trauma Integration, Mind-Body Medicine.
But you know what really shaped me?
Life. Adventure. Crashes - literal and emotional ones.
I’ve worked in vineyards in Canada and Australia, taught languages in Peru and Colombia, helped rebuild houses after an earthquake in Ecuador, and crossed continents on two wheels.
I’ve listened more than I’ve spoken. I’ve seen joy and heartbreak in many languages. And I’ve learned that healing isn’t a concept - it’s an experience. On different levels. In different ways.
And yes – I crashed, too. Many times rather gently, one time a lot harder.
Once upon a ride, I found myself in the aftermath of a serious motorcycle accident. Pain. Fear. Recovery. And this deep knowing: Now it’s time to apply everything I’ve learned.
With hypnosis and deep mind-body work, I processed trauma, calmed my nervous system, supported my healing – and reconnected with my passion. That crash wasn’t the end.It was the beginning of this work.
My MissionTo create spaces where people reconnect - with their body, their truth, their courage.
Whether on the super comfy therapy chair or on a winding road, my work is about transformation that’s real, embodied and sustainable.
I help people release fear, integrate trauma, and find the clarity and confidence to live life on their own terms - with presence, depth and a touch of wildness.
Because I believe:Healing happens when we stop running from ourselves - and start riding with ourselves.
- Healing is not linear.
- You don’t have to "fix" yourself – just reconnect.
- And sometimes the best therapy happens on a bike, in motion, with the wind in your face and someone beside you who gets it.
I’m not here to analyze you. I’m here to ride with you, walk beside you, hold space for the version of you that’s ready to rise.
Let’s take the scenic route. Let’s ride the curve. Let’s come home to your truth.
